Jeremy had a stubborn car for the last race of the year and finished in the 23rd position.  He was wished good luck by many Jugheads, but one huge 51 fan was laid to rest earlier this month.   Joan Hollis lost her battle with Neurofibromatosis (NF).

Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder of the nervous system which causes tumors to form on the nerves anywhere in the body at anytime.   It affects more than 100,000 Americans. ( https://nfnetwork.org/understand-nf/what-is-nf/)

Jeremy and the JCR family wanted to do something special to honor Joan’s memory, so they contacted the Neurofiromatosis Network and a decal was made to be put on the 51 for the race at Homestead.

Jeremy’s kindness and continuous efforts is why we are proud to be Jugheads!  “What a year it has been. Thankful to be a 51 fan,” Joe summed.  Well said Joe.  Everyone agrees, and Joan would too.  ❤
