Jeremy started race number two at Iowa in 19th using pit stall 21. Last season he finished a race here in seventh place. Before the race, I shared my excitement for a safe run. “Lord watch over Jeremy and the 51 crew today Top 10! It’s been done before! Better yet, win! ( I can hear him now: Why you sayin top 10? I wanna win! ) lol” #LetsGo #51Pride
He ended stage one in the 18th position. To began stage two, the 51 crew put on four tires and filled the car with fuel. Jeremy stayed in this position for most of the day.
There was nothing really happening on twitter, so I had a suspicion he was hanging out in the back. Just when I thought Jeremy might start moving up, this came across my screen:

I thought: I know you wanna win, but you’re not supposed to do that! Oh well, nice lead foot! 🙂 LOL
Terry said, “Still a good day.” Yes, it was. The 51 team checked off another top 20.
